This site exists for one reason: to help you reach your own personal loan lender directly. Clear Debt Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site toward that end, and nothing more. A few things are off-limits:

We don't negotiate with your lender on your behalf, and we have no influence over what your lender ultimately offers. What we do is connect you directly with your own personal loan lender's resolution or hardship team, with no independent specialist standing in between.
Submitting a request through this site doesn't change your loan and doesn't obligate your lender to offer you anything. Every decision from there — whether to work with you, what terms to propose, how any arrangement is structured — belongs entirely to your lender, under their own review process and the laws that govern them.
We make the connection; we don't make the decision. Your request may be shared with lenders in our network, and we may be compensated by those lenders for the referral — but using Clear Debt Service never costs you anything.
